EverBold Canvas is operated by EverBold Studio LLC. These Terms apply to your use of everboldcanvas.com and purchases made through our store. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Using our store

Please use our website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information when ordering. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or authorization from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of another person’s rights, or interference with the website’s operation.

Products and images

Our shirts are made to order. Please review the product description, size information, available options and images before purchasing. Product images, including lifestyle mockups, illustrate the design and appearance of the item. Colors, print placement and scale may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment sizes and the printing process. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases.

Orders and corrections

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you notice an error or need to request a change or cancellation, contact canvas@everboldcanvas.com immediately. We will check whether the order can still be changed before production. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

If a product is unavailable or an order contains a pricing or listing error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled items, together with any related charges that must be refunded.

Shipping, returns and order issues

Our published Shipping Policy explains shipping charges, destinations and delivery information. Our published Return and Refund Policy explains cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, and available remedies. Please review both policies before ordering. Nothing in these Terms or our other policies limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content on this website may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant permission to reproduce it. Any use of website content must respect applicable law and the rights of its owner.
