RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES Made-to-order shirts Because each shirt is made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, selecting a different color or design, or changing your mind. Please review the product images, available options and size information carefully before ordering. Damaged, defective or incorrect items This policy does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If something is wrong, contact canvas@everboldcanvas.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return items to a printer or an address on the shipping label unless we have provided specific instructions. Our supplier's claim deadlines do not limit your statutory rights. Cancellations If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We will check whether it can be changed before production. Cancellation or modification is not guaranteed once production has begun. Delivery problems For a missing or delayed package, contact us with the order number and tracking information, if available, so we can investigate.
